We make all our baked goods on the premises and focus on creative interpretations of classic pastries & cakes.
Our produce is predominantly local, depending on seasonal availability, and always organic.

We feature Cypress Grove Chevre, serve only Niman Ranch Bacon and Hams. our pastries are made with 100% pure organic butter from Straus Family Creamery in Point Reyes and Rumiano Dairy in Crescent City. All of our coffee is organic, from Flying Goat Coffee Co. in Healdsburg. All milk in our coffee drinks is organic.. All of our chicken is from Mary's Pitman Family Farm in Sanger, California. Our beef is from Humboldt County Grass Fed or Niman ranch, lamb is exclusively Humboldt County grass raised.
